After your order has been processed, you can expect your package to be delivered within 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used. We ship within the United States only, and we use reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure that your items arrive safely and on time.

Please note that business days are weekdays (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

We believe in providing our customers with the best value, and we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied to your purchase. We believe this transparent pricing makes it easy for you to understand your total cost before you checkout.

Good news! For all orders placed through Gandermark, we do not charge sales tax. This means you pay the price shown at checkout without additional tax fees. It’s part of our commitment to providing a hassle-free shopping experience.

Delivery Problems

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned during shipping. Damaged or Lost Items

However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund based on your preference. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged items to facilitate the claims process with the carrier.

Please note: If your order is damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund, depending on your request.

Handling Charges

In most cases, we do not charge handling fees. The only shipping-related fees you’ll encounter are the flat $7.99 shipping cost for orders under $100 or the free shipping for orders over $100. All fees are clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience. Should any additional handling fees apply due to special circumstances (such as oversized items), these will be communicated to you in advance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window. The returned item must be in unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. For more details, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return and our customer support team will assist you with the exchange.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If you provide an incorrect address at checkout, we will attempt to update it if the order has not yet been processed. However, we cannot guarantee the change will be applied, and any resulting delays or issues will be the responsibility of the customer.
